I recently learned that it can sometimes be possible for a trans woman to be fisted after surgery.  (I’d previously been told it was impossible.)  Inspired and hopeful, I made this.

Mod Note: I normally don’t post things that aren’t actual porn pictures, but I feel like this is important. We came through fisting day with very little interaction with it, but I think it’s important for people to know that fisting isn’t just for CAFAB folks. Not only can fisting be done anally, but post-op trans women can be fisted too.
